As part of this tender, the AOK Federal Association is looking for a service provider for the licensing, further development and technical operation of a marketing dashboard tool for the AOK community.

So far, there is no connection of a uniform marketing dashboard tool to various data sources within the AOK community and the AOK Federal Association. The use of a marketing dashboard tool is therefore necessary in the AOK community and the AOK Federal Association in order to merge the data from a wide variety of data sources and present them visually. Non-technical users should also be able to compile and analyze data as well as visualize data so that the data can be analyzed more easily and meaningful results can be derived. Fast report creation should be made possible by standardized layouts and dashboard templates. Furthermore, the marketing dashboard tool is intended to create a high level of data transparency through easy access to reports and data uploads. Real-time monitoring with options for report personalization, an alert option and publishing to various stakeholders (e.g. board of directors, management, subject matter experts) should lead to quick action options in the event of changes in the data structure. In addition to the licensing of a marketing dashboard tool, a service provider is being sought for the AOK community and the AOK Federal Association to ensure operation and support.
