Conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of products and a support agreement for maintenance and update services for the existing and newly added components from Net Insight (Nimbra product group) for the main locations in Frankfurt am Main, Kassel and Wiesbaden as well as the regional locations in Darmstadt, Fulda and Gießen.

The framework agreement is to be concluded for the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023 with a two-time extension option for one year each (3 + 1 + 1).

As part of the commissioning, it is intended to conclude an AVV (order processing contract)
