The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for pavilions in connection the need for temporary buildings, with a duration of up to 5 years.

The Follo area is expected to have a high demographic increase in the next years. The Contracting Authority expects that the requirement for temporary buildings will increase while awaiting completion of new buildings, and also expects that new requirements will occur.

The contracting therefore wish, with this procurement, to establish an agreement with 3 tenderers that can comply with the Contracting Authority's requirements during the period in question. The contracting authority expects that it will primarily be requirements in relation to nursery schools, before-and-after school care services with kitchens, and office premises with meeting rooms. However, it must also be possible to deliver other buildings in accordance with requirements. I.e. housing units.
