1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection of sewage sludge and its management on an ongoing basis from the sewage treatment plant of Przedsiębiorstwo "Nogat" Sp. z o.o. in Kałdów Wieś, Malbork commune, within the period from
01-01-2024 to 31-12-2024 ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
2.Sewage sludge generated at the sewage treatment plant by the Company
"Nogat" Sp. o. o. in Kałdów Wsi, Malbork commune. is waste with code 19 08 05
3.The estimated amount of sludge to be exported and managed is expected to be approximately:
a) 7,000 Mg (+/- 20%) for 12 months of the contract
b) 350 Mg to 800 Mg (+/- 20%) per month
c) 8 Mg to 26 Mg (+/- 20%) per day
4. The amount of transported and managed sludge may change and will result from the actual amount of sewage sludge generated by the ORDERING PARTY, not less than 5 600 Mg

2. Sewage sludge generated at the waste water treatment plant by the Company
"Nogat" Sp. o. o. in Kałdów Wsi, Malbork commune. is waste with code 19 08 05
3. The estimated amount of sludge to be exported and disposed of is expected to be approx.:
a) 7,000 Mg (+/- 20%) for 12 months of the contract
b) 350 Mg to 800 Mg (+/- 20%) per month
c) 8 Mg to 26 Mg (+/- 20%) per day
4. Sewage sludge is produced as a result of the technological process. The initial and excess sludge is thickened in thickeners, then mechanically dewatered on a decanter centrifuge to a dry matter content of 18% to 21%. The sludge is not subject to the hygienization process.
5. In the building of the mechanical sludge dewatering station, sewage sludge goes directly into a container adapted for the transport of sludge. Collection of the container with sewage sludge - ON ONGOING NOT less than once a day and no later than 5 hours after notification by the ORDERING PARTY to the CONTRACTOR's e-mail address.
