The subject of the order is to perform the reconstruction of 2396 lighting points, i.e. the replacement of luminaires for discharge sources for LED light sources in Teresin Municipality and install a control system.
The detailed description of the order includes:
1) replacement of 1901 pieces of lighting points by replacing existing lighting fixtures with modern street fixtures in LED technology meeting the current standard PN-EN 13201 Road lighting (information is included in the Annex to the Offer Form - Table of equipment selection);
2) replacement and installation of booms in the amount of 321 (information is included in the sheet - Inventory located in the Table of selection of devices, which is the Annex to the Offer Form);
3) replacement and installation of fuses and terminals and power cables in all fixtures;
4) the building of street fixtures together with booms on existing poles in the amount of 405 pieces (information is included in the Annex to the Offer Form - Table of selection of equipment);
5) installation of 76 LED cartridges for decorative luminaires (information is included in the Annex to the Offer Form - Table of selection of devices);
6) fitting 12 existing LED luminaires to the control room system (information is contained in the Annex to the Offer Form - Table of selection of devices);
7) replacement of 2 decorative fixtures on existing poles;
8) customization of 113 SOU street lighting cabinets to work with the control system;
9) Adjusting the power supply network for discharge lamps located on Kampinoska Street to cooperate with the control system. In 3 SOU switchboards supplying luminaires on Kampinoska Street, it is necessary to change the mode of supply in such a way that the supply circuits of luminaires located on Kampinoska Street are switched on/off with an additional contactor using a voltage signal from the control system controller, supply circuits for upgraded LED luminaires (if any) are to be operated continuously;
10) the installation and commissioning of a smart power control and management system (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) for 2396 pieces of lighting points (street fixtures, LED cartridges type 1 and type 2, stylish fixtures, existing LED fixtures) and for 3 lighting switchboards a total of 2399 pieces, which will allow you to change the lighting parameters. It is also a solution that informs the lighting manager of work and lighting failures,
11) carrying out tests, photometric measurements for 10 locations indicated by the Ordering Party. If the measurement shows that the requirements of the lighting class specified for the location are not met, the Contractor shall perform at his own expense the appropriate repair, while the Contracting Authority has the right to request from the Contractor the following photometric tests and measurements for the next 10 locations indicated by The Ordering Party;
12) execution of an as-built surveying inventory of the listed and added luminaires;
13) execution of an as-built inventory for all light points by completing - the Annex to the contract “Model of the as-built inventory”;
14) making available to the Ordering Party a lighting control system with the possibility of remote monitoring of the constructed infrastructure;
15) carrying out the reception presentation of the lighting control information system;
16) conduct training on the use of the lighting control IT system;
17) granting the Contracting Party an unlimited licence in time and territorially to use the system for remote monitoring of the built infrastructure;
18) technical support and constant update of the system software during the warranty period.
