This contract is divided into two lots.

Lot 1:

• build a parking tray (additional level) intended to accommodate the parking of the communal cart (+/- 3350 m²) above the existing car park as well as various premises for the storage of materials, products and machines used by the various services;

• set up a garage and bodywork shop;

• renovate the existing car park in order to accommodate the vehicles of the various departments and the Police as well as storage rooms;

• renovate existing premises to accommodate the extension of the carpentry shop;

• set up an emergency exit for the printing and archival premises;

• to create a ventilation system for the premises of the printing press as well as for part of the archives premises.

Lot 2:

Supply and placement of all ironwork elements

Supply and placement of all ironwork elements as part of the redevelopment project of the Rodenbach Technical Center, including the supply and placement of an expanded metal facade.
