1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting in the performance of the duties of the Contract Engineer in connection with the implementation of the Investment Tasks, in particular the provision of services consisting in contractual, technical and substantive supervision throughout the entire period of the Tasks, including comprehensive consulting, management of the Investment Tasks, organization, supervision and coordination of the entire investment process related to the implementation of the following Tasks:

1.1. Investment Task No. 1 - reconstruction of a section of the double-circuit line between Sochaczew – Żyrardów and Teresin – Bielnik from pole No. 58 to pole No. 84 – 110 kV line, owned by the administrator of PGE-D S.A.

1.2. Investment Task No. 2 - reconstruction of the Janów – Ołtarzew line section from pole No. 160 to tower No. 194 – 220 kV line, owned by the administrator of PSE S.A.

The scope of the contract consists of the provision of services consisting of the following Tasks (according to the design and implementation stage of the above-mentioned Investment Tasks 1 and 2):

Task 1 – covered by the Right of Option: Supervision services during the design work stage, consisting of, m.in, verification of data, studies, solutions and the project in terms of compliance with regulations, technical conditions, requirements of the Contracting Authority, completeness of the study, along with acceptance, approval and settlement of these works;

Task 2: Supervision services during the implementation of the stage of construction works and services, including all activities required from the Contract Engineer from the date of obtaining the final administrative decision necessary to commence the works to the date of obtaining the final decision permitting the use of the line and the protocol final acceptance of the investment tasks. The Contract Engineer will perform his/her duties until the Contracting Authority has prepared and approved all documents required of the Contract Engineer and the Engineer has fulfilled all obligations under the Contract;

Task 3 – covered by the Option Law: Post-investment support services and support services during the warranty period. This task concerns the service at the stage of post-investment tasks, carried out after the final acceptance of the subject of the Contract for each of the Tasks individually for the period indicated in the Terms of Reference, and includes activities related to the removal of defects and defects (including defects indicated in warranty inspection protocols) and other support for the Contracting Authority, along with the verification of the Final Settlement of the Contract and the provisions of the Quality Guarantee.
