Open-ended European call for tenders for the contract for the global management of the school catering service of the Municipality of Avezzano for the 2022-2026 school years, with a 4+4 renewal option.

The Tender is aimed at identifying an economic operator who will carry out the school meal service at the schools indicated in detail in the Tender Specification (Annex 3) and in the Special Tender Specifications (Annex 2) and consisting of all the activities better specified in the same Specifications. Total estimated amount of the contract including the renewal option is equal to: € 7 835 269.20 (excluding VAT) (seven million, eight hundred and thirty-five hundred and sixty-nine/20) including the RENEWAL OPTION divided as follows:

- Amount of the contract duration (for the school years 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026): € 3,917,634.86 (excluding VAT and including part security charges at € 38,788.46);

- Amount of the OPTIONAL contract (renewal for a further 4 years): € 3,917,634.86 (excluding VAT and including part security charges at € 38,788.46).
