Supply of materials and tools for work on composite materials for the benefit of Marine Logistics Service workshops

This notice concerns a master agreement with purchase orders relating to the “supply of materials and tools for work on composite materials for the benefit of the workshops of the logistics department of the Navy”. It is part of a restricted tendering procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-2, L. 2325-1-1º and R. 2361-2 to R. 2361-6 and R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code

Pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement with significant technical hazards will include a provisional share for supply orders.
