The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Following Companies: Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. in the period from 01.07.2023 to 31.12.2023.

The total estimated volume of electricity is 23 910 MWh, including:

• Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. approximately 22 210 MWh, for facilities administered by District No. 1 in Będzin, District No. 2 in Katowice, District No. 3 in Bytom, District No. 4 in Gliwice and ZUR in Chorzów (constituting organizational units of the same ordering party)

• PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. approximately 1 700 MWh.
