The purpose of the contract is to ensure the production and the service of the meals on the Action action company catering site located at 21 quai d'Austerlitz, 75013 Paris, as follows:

- the self (with production on site) with a dining room of 373 m 2 , located on the ground floor of the building and having 286 seats (base 1.3 m 2 / seating position), consisting of 4 distribution kiosks,

- with an area dedicated to cashing. As a reminder, the number of seated places can be increased with an area of furniture type "eat-debou" whose footprint is lower,

- the cafeteria located at 6 e floor of the building, with a projected capacity of 24 seats inside and having a terrace of 40 seats outside,

- provision of breakfast-type supplementary services (excluding meal trays, breaks, cocktails and buffets).
