In the tax administration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, there is the possibility of professional development in the office and administrative areas of tax offices (e.g. office, collection office, property office) for employees who have not previously worked in this area. According to the established requirements for the basic qualification of employees for activities in this area, commercial vocational training is basically a prerequisite for use.

Employees who have been hired and are employed in the field of office services and janitorial services often have a more artisanal vocational training. Office services mainly consist of opening and distributing incoming mail, processing and completing outgoing mail. In addition, it can be used in the portal service, telephone exchange and material management if required.

For these employees, alternative access to the aforementioned further development is to be offered through an individually tailored qualification measure, so that professional development is possible despite the lack of commercial vocational training within the tax office. The advertised qualification measure is intended to provide the contractor (AN) with an insight into office/administrative activities and provide rough content for a business person. vocational training can be taught. The qualification measure is to be carried out including accommodation of the participants in the AN's premises
