1. The subject of the contract is the purchase/delivery of laboratory equipment to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź, divided into thirteen Packages (parts):
1) Package I – Self-rinsing centrifuge;
2) Package II – Laboratory centrifuge;
3) Package III – Low temperature freezer;
4) Package IV – Refrigerated display case;
5) Package V – Laboratory refrigerated cabinet;
6) Package VI – Laboratory refrigerator;
7) Package VII – freezer;
8) Package VIII — Chest freezer;
9) Package IX – Portable welding machine;
10) Package X – Stationary welding machine;
11) Package XI – incubator;
12) Package XII – Roler;
13) Package XIII – Incubator for KKP.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 9 to the SWZ.
3. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
