1. The subject of the contract is the rental service:
1) From 01.01.2024 to 31.03.2024
- 2 buses (with drivers) with a minimum of 47 seats,
2) From 01.04.2024 to 31.12.2025
- 4 buses (with drivers) with a minimum of 47 seats,
for the purpose of transporting soldiers of allied U.S. troops stationed at the training ground
in Drawsko Pomorskie according to the attached timetables.
The start and end of each vehicle's journey will take place at the places designated for boarding or disembarking, hereinafter referred to as "stops", and at times consistent with the timetable. The service includes the transport of passengers:
1) from 01.01.2024 to 31.03.2024, 7 days a week (including Sundays and all non-working holidays), by two buses, between the stops: Ko-notop prawy, Jaworze – according to the timetable. Daily number of trips for 1 vehicle – 3. Number of kilometers between stops – about

a) 1 bus – 4 trips,
b) 3 buses – 6 trips (2 trips for each vehicle).
The number of kilometers between stops is about 43 kilometers.
