1. The object of the order is: “Non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for business vehicles of the Municipality of Sosnowiec and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the municipality”

2. Contract fuels will be refueled (depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party) directly into the vehicle tanks/equipment (e.g. canisters, barrels) described by the registration number/inventory number at the time of arrival of the representative of the Contracting Authority at the service station. Refueling will take place at a service station meeting the condition of participation in the proceedings described in Section 1 (1.2) (4) of Chapter III and at any other service station of the Contractor.

3. Duration of the order: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contracts, however, no earlier than 02.01.2022.

1.The object of the order is: “Non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for business vehicles of the Municipality of Sosnowiec and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the municipality”

2.The Contracting Authority provides for purchases of the following type of liquid fuel during the term of the contract:

2.1. Gmina Sosnowiec- Miasto on the rights of the district:

2.1.1.1.fuel fuel ON- in an amount of up to 200 liters;

2.1.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 13,000 liters;

2.2. Social Assistance House No. 2:

2.2.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 1,800 liters;

2.2.2.unleaded gasoline Pb 95- in an amount of up to 170 liters;

2.3. Sosnowieckie Waterworks Joint Stock Company:

2.3.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 300,000 liters;

2.3.2.Unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 40,000 liters.

2.4. Social Assistance House No 1:

2.4.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 2 600 liters;

2.5. Theatre of the Basin:

2.5.1.ON- diesel fuel up to 3,240 liters;

2.6. Municipal Local Resources Department:

2.6.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 30,000 liters;

2.6.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 6,000 liters;

2.7. Sosnowiec Municipal Guard:

2.7.1.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 38,400 liters;

2.8. Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre

2.8.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 48,500 liters;

2.8.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 16,500 liters;

2.9. Municipal Department of Municipal Services:

2.9.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 470,000 liters;

2.9.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 75,000 liters;

2.10.Centre for Social Services and Support:

2.10.1.ON- diesel fuel in an amount of up to 23,600 liters;

2.10.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in an amount of up to 100 liters;

2.11.WEG - Faculty of Ecology and Waste Management:

2.11.1.unleaded gasoline Pb 95- in an amount of up to 2,300 liters.

2.12.Joint Services Centre:

2.12.1.unleaded petrol Pb 95- in quantity up to 570 liters;

3. Each of the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the full quantitative limit of the object of the contract specified above without the right of claim by the Contractor

4. The quantity of fuel is an estimated quantity, while deliveries of the object of the order will be carried out successively, as appropriate, as the respective Orders arising from the current use of vehicles and equipment. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of changing the quantity of litres of individual fuels while maintaining the limit value of the contract amount Such a change does not require an annex to the contract.

5. Purchases will be carried out in a non-cash system by means of fuel cards with a range of implementation on the territory of the Republic of Poland:

a.issued namely to the employee of the Contracting Authority,

b.inserted into the registration number of the vehicle,

c.issued on inventory number of equipment

d.issued bearer - enterprise card.
