The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan to partially cover the deficit planned in the budget resolution for 2023 for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2031.

Loan in the amount of PLN 129,960,140.00 (in words: one hundred twenty-nine million nine hundred sixty thousand one hundred and forty zlotys 00/100) for property expenses related to the implementation of the following tasks:

1. Reconstruction of DW 786 on the section from m. Koniecpol to the border of the province;

2. Reconstruction of DW 948 from DK 52 to DW 946, including design documentation;

3. Reconstruction of DW 913 from the roundabout at the intersection with Piłsudskiego Street to the intersection at the entrance to the airport;

4. Construction of a pavement along DW 946 in the Ślemień commune, Kocoń and Las villages to the voivodeship border (from km 20+310.27 to km 25+0.83).

Credit, in terms of type, divided into two parts:

- refinancing, which will include property expenses of the budget of the Silesian Voivodeship incurred already in 2023 before the conclusion of the loan agreement,

- for other property expenses of the budget of the Silesian Voivodeship in the financial year 2023 after the conclusion of the loan agreement.

The basis for the release of credit funds will be appropriate "instructions to mobilise credit funds".

The credit funds will be used by the Ordering Party up to and including 29 December 2023, taking into account the deadlines specified in point II.2.14) point 1 of this announcement.
