The subject of the contract is the creation and implementation of a full-day and care offer based on the educational concept of the open all-day school Am Aalfang in Ahrensburg. The elementary school Am Aalfang is to be run from the school year 2020/2021 as an open all-day school. For the operation of the open all-day school, a carrier is sought.

The services of the carrier are:

- All-day care from 11.45 am to 4.15 pm (needs-based),

- Early and late care from 6:45 to 7:45 and 16:15 to 17:00,

- integrated holiday care / holiday care (with 3-week closing time),

- offer a lunch,

- Implementation of the pedagogical concept, including supervised activities (eg homework support, etc.), course and job offerings, integration of teaching and childcare services, cooperation with teachers (especially handover),

- The school and the other sponsor cooperate in the acquisition of course providers. The other entity concludes cooperation agreements with the selected course providers and monitors their services,

- cooperation with youth welfare and urban school social work,

- conclusion of childcare contracts with the parents on the basis of these terms of reference and the cooperation agreement and collection of the parental contributions, taking account of reduction situations as stipulated by the city,

- Apply for and settle the state funds.
