The supplier must show in the tender that it meets the conditions and requirements in the procurement documents. Mandatory requirements on the supplier and the assignment must be fulfilled. Through a tender response, the supplier accepts all the stipulated conditions in the procurement documents. Tender response also means that the information in tenders and appendices is true. The supplier is responsible for the information requested and the requested documents attached to the tender. The supplier is therefore requested to carefully review and verify his tender before submitting it. If the supplier refrains from responding to any of the set requirements or questions, this will be interpreted as the requirement cannot be fulfilled or the requirement is not accepted. If the supplier "unlocked" a protected tender attachment or changed in protected cells, the supplier may be excluded. The tender must be written in Swedish. Questions related to the procurement should be asked in writing as early as possible via TendSign. Only written answers in TendSign are binding. The last day to ask questions is nine days before the last tender date and answers are announced no later than six days before the last tender date.
