The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding, to be performed in the Forest District Kędzierzyn in 2023, in the field of agrotechnical drainage, spraying and mechanical preparation of the soil, to be carried out using mechanical equipment.
