- technical passport and instructions for use in Polish,

- the necessary equipment specified in the annexes describing in detail the subject of the contract;

(d) the provision, together with the offer, of the means of proof in question in accordance with Chapter 3.2 of the SWZ;

e) covering the subject of delivery with at least a 24-month warranty (counting from the date of installation, commissioning and handover of the device confirmed by the protocol within the time limit taking into account the Ordering Party's working hours);

f) ensuring the response of the service within no more than 24 hours from the moment of notification to the Ordering Party;

g) performance (included in the price of the offer) training of medical personnel – in the scope of handling the offered subject of the contract (applies to equipment) in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ)
