The aim of the procurement is to develop a year-round sports and activity centre suitable for training and competitions for land hockey and bandy. The pitch will also be an important local, year round activity centre for the local community. Voldsløkka land hockey pitch and artificial ice rink have a planned ice surface of 64 x 108 m and a marked land hockey pitch with artificial grass of 95,4 x 57 m. Lights and the necessary ball catching fences shall be set-up. A technical room shall be built for the cooling machinery with complete refrigeration plant, ice machine garage with workshop, crew room with toilets and showers, stores.

The crew room and any changing rooms shall be built as passive house. The contract practise is turnkey contract. See Book 0 (Annex 1) and the requirement specifications (Annex 2) for further details. The turnkey contractor must join up with the necessary consultants to develop the project.

In addition tenderers for the turnkey contract shall price the following option for a changing room building as an extension to the technical building. See the requirement specifications for further details.
