In this tender, researchers can submit a Tender to carry out the Dutch part of the international comparative study Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025. PISA was initiated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science is making a budget available to participate in PISA 2025 and has requested the NWO NRO to set up this research for the Netherlands. PISA is a large-scale international comparative study that measures the knowledge and skills of 15-year-old students. The aim of the research is to assess the extent to which young people have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of society. PISA has existed since 1997 and is carried out every three years.
