The contract aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement for a service contract for a period of one year renewable three times, within the meaning of article 2, 35º of the law of 17.6.2016, having for object the designation a surveyor's office by lot with a view to drawing up surveys in various housing complexes assigned to social housing (see appendix 3).
All buildings in the Housing Molenbeekois heritage containing between 1 and 50 housing unitsService contract concerning the survey of surveyors of various housing complexes assigned to social housing.
The contracting authority wishes to conclude this contract, all the terms of which are fixed, with a maximum of two service providers.
All the buildings in the Housing Molenbeekois heritage containing more than 51 housing units as well as the identical sets of buildings containing more than 51 housing units in totalService contract concerning the survey of surveyors of various housing complexes assigned to social housing.
The contracting authority wishes to conclude this contract, all the terms of which are fixed, with a maximum of two service providers.
