The engagement consists of performing audit procedures and the natural advisory function:

- The interim audit and limited IT audit for the purpose of annual accounts audit

- From Jaarrekeningcontrole

- Natural advice.

An agreement is entered into for a period of five financial years, with once the option to extend for a period of two financial years. The agreement will take effect at the start of the work for the first financial year (around 1 March 2023).

The audit procedures and the natural advisory function form a coherent whole carried out by a single audit firm. The assignment is therefore not divided into lots. This choice does not lead to reduced accessibility for SMEs.
