The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance services in 2023, removal of breakdowns, minor repairs and emergency tenants in the field of general construction works, located in: - residential and commercial buildings owned by the Municipality of Gdańsk, including common parts of residential buildings (staircases, basement corridors, attics, trolley rooms, drying rooms, laundries and shelter rooms), - detached commercial buildings, including garages, commercial cells, w.c. free-standing, - residential and commercial premises owned by the municipality of Gdańsk, and located in the buildings of housing communities. The scope of services also includes, in particular, acting as a technical emergency service (tenant) in the field of general construction works and immediate removal of failures (and their consequences) posing a threat to life, health or property.

Detailed material scope of work: The scope of works includes: - performing a technical emergency (tenant) and immediate removal of failures (and their consequences) posing a threat to life, health or property, - removal of failures in the field of general construction works in special emergency situations and in situations threatening life or property (eg burglary, fire, theft, devastation).
