The proposed framework contract will support the European Defence Agency and Member States to acquire information on defence plans and programmes through monitoring of various information sources for updating the EU Collaboration in Defence (EUCLID) platform with relevant and accurate information. The EUCLID platform uses a database containing records for capability development related to MS defence plans, programmes, in-service capabilities, EDA activities and working bodies, as well as multinational activities in different formats or frameworks such as PESCO.
