The purpose of the contract is to meet the needs of certain buildings of the FPS Interior located in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. The services consist of:
a) annual subscription for preventive control and guarantee between two treatments:
- is firmly requested for the buildings mentioned for the lot, 1.a, 2.a and 3.a.
- no additional costs can therefore be invoiced to the adjudicator;
b) curative control for certain categories of pests at the request of the contracting authority:
- is requested on demand for the buildings of lot 1.a and b, 2.a and b and 3.a and b;
- the successful tenderer will base any invoicing on the prices given in the global “Lot options” inventory for which he submitted the offer.
