This plot includes the buildings of the municipality of Kuurne, the occupation and maintenance of which will in principle remain unchanged during the term of the assignment and the extensions.

This plot includes the maintenance of the municipal schools Pienter and Wijzer.

These schools will merge into 1 building in the course of 2024.

In the event of a move, the assignment will therefore be adapted to the content of the new building. a new tour is planned for the commissioning of the building.

We currently assume efficiency gains in the cleaning work by going to 1 location, so that the cleaning in the new building may take no more than the same number of hours.

The municipality of Kuurne wants to use the external cleaning service for on-demand assignments under the following heading:

- Cleaning after work of external parties

- Replacement for long-term absence of permanent employees.

- Clean up LOI house.

For these assignments we wish to obtain a fixed hourly rate in this specifications. The number of hours per assignment is determined in consultation with each call-off.

The municipality of Ingelmunster wants to call on the tenderer in the absence of its own cleaning staff for the following locations: De Ermitage, De Cultuurfabriek, the OC and the brasserie, the toilet container, the town hall and the Social House.

Detailed descriptions per location are provided for in the technical provisions.

For these assignments we wish to obtain a fixed hourly rate in this specifications. The number of hours per assignment is determined in consultation with each call-off.
