The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of a complete case processing and archiving system in accordance with Noark5 for open zones, and a Noark5 core with simple case processing for secure zones. This involves systems for data capture, case management, work process support, digital dispatch and signing, access to national joint components, record-keeping and archiving for the new Tjeldsund municipality. The systems must ensure the record-keeping requirement and the archiving requirement for professional systems through integrations.
There is a strong focus on efficient work processes in the new municipality, and Noark5 case and archive systems for open and secure zones will support this. This particularly concerns the complete system for an open zone. The system/s must integrate closely with administrative professional systems (for example, HR/Finance), amongst other things, to reduce double recordings and unnecessary work processes, and with professional systems within the childhood and youth sector and the health service etc. to ensure data capture, standardised archiving and standardised extraction for transfer to the depot.
New systems for both open and secure zones must be in full operation with integrations 1.1.2020. The testing environment requires systems/new systems to be complete and ready for testing and initialisation of integration works with professional systems 1.6.2019. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to decide when the different components of the offered system shall be in operation. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier.
