Home services of the Municipality of Villafranca di Verona, divided into the following lots:

- lot 3 transport meals CIG: 8188486868,

- lot 4 contrasting domestic barbonism CIG: 8188491C87.

By home care service (SAD) we mean the set of services, mainly carried out at the home of the beneficiary, aimed at satisfying basic needs of assistance and social security and able to guarantee the maintenance of substantial autonomy to the person and support for his / her parental network. Said service, being aimed at the permanence of the subject in his daily life environment, is to be understood as an essential public service pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1 of the Law of 12.6.1990, n. 146 "rules for exercising the right to strike in essential public services" and subsequent amendments and additions. The successful tenderer, therefore, is required to comply with the provisions of the aforementioned law on strikes.

This type of transport is aimed at supporting the mobility of subjects with reduced motor skills for social or educational purposes. This service, in particular, is aimed at guaranteeing the right / duty to education and training of pupils in compulsory schooling and the implementation of specific projects, developed by the municipal social services, aimed at recovering the personal autonomy of the non self-sufficient person .

Home meal service means the preparation, transport and delivery of hot meals directly to the user address indicated by the municipal social service. This service is aimed at fragile resident citizens, especially the elderly, who are unable to provide for themselves and is aimed at supporting the residual capacities of the person and his family network. Said service, being aimed at the permanence of the subject in his daily life environment, is to be understood as an essential public service pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1 of the Law of 12.6.1990, n. 146 "rules for exercising the right to strike in essential public services" and subsequent amendments and additions. The successful tenderer, therefore, is required to comply with the provisions of the aforementioned strike law.

This service is intended as the set of services to be carried out by professionals in the sector to sanitize situations of environmental degradation or compulsive accumulation of objects reported by the municipal social services.
