The Port of Rotterdam Authority wants to outsource the deformation measurements for quay walls, scaffolding and works of art to a market party again, because we are at the end of the contract term with our current provider.

The purpose of the deformation measurements carried out for the Port of Rotterdam Authority (HBR) is to observe (possible) horizontal and/or vertical deformations of the objects managed by the HBR (quays, jetties and works of art). For this purpose, measurements shall be carried out at a frequency determined by the HBR. In order to be able to carry out this within the desired accuracy and reliability, measurement according to an appropriate procedure is desirable.
