The cost of the set must be around 17.00 euro (s) HT per package. The price of the packages must include all costs incurred (packaging, delivery costs, transport costs,). For the City of Toulouse, a letter from the mayor must be added in each package by the holder of the contract. It will be provided by the Economat service of the DMG (Directorate of General Means). A bottle of wine will be added by the holder in the packages
