1. The object of the order is the delivery of 6700 tonnes of hard coal for energy purposes of the M II A assortment, type 31.2-32.1 (according to PN-82 / G-97002), with the following parameters in working condition:

- calorific value: 23000 - 24000 kJ / kg

- ash content: up to 15%

- total sulfur content ≤ 0.6%

- total moisture: up to 12%

- sub-mineral content (0-1 mm) <20%

- content of volatile components> 28%,

- ash melting point in a reducing atmosphere> 1300 about C

- sintering ability (number of corners) from 5 to 20

- ash softening temperature> 1100 about C

- no pollution in the form of scrap, sand, stones, etc.

Together with its transport to Plac Ciepłowni, ul. Pabianicka 125 in Aleksandrów Łódzki and unloading at the place indicated by the Employer's representative, with a tolerance of ± 10% for each lot.

2. The deadline for binding the offer is 60 days. The period of being bound by the offer starts as soon as the deadline for submission of tenders expires.

Object of the contract - coal will be delivered to the square of the Department of Thermal Management - Heat Plant in Aleksandrów Łódzki, at ul. Pabianicka 125, and unloaded by the Contractor at the Heat Plant site, in the place indicated by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall inform the Employer, in writing or by fax, in writing or in accordance with the provisions indicated in point 3 of the ToR.

The Ordering Party undertakes to store each delivery on a separate pryźmie.

The Contractor shall attach to each delivery a delivery document with the intermediary's number and a certificate of coal quality, including the following coal quality parameters (calorific value, ash, total sulfur, total moisture) and submit the indicated document to the Purchaser's representatives before unloading each delivery.

The Contractor shall provide the subject of the order for the heat plant site in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Pabianicka 125 transport units, the gross weight of which will not exceed 60 tons. Entry of units can take place on the heating plant only on working days (Monday - Friday) at 7 o'clock about about -20 about about .

The Contractor shall secure deliveries against harmful factors and shall bear full responsibility for this until the delivery is received by the Ordering Party, in the place specified in point 3.5. SIWZ, with written confirmation of receipt. The Contractor is responsible for the selection of the means of transport providing protection against weather factors, etc. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the ToR.
