Framework agreement on distribution services for an existing indirect dealer contract with Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland GmbH.
The AG operates as a service provider for external customers and for its own use telecommunications systems consisting of the product portfolio of Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland GmbH.
Due to the existing system environment, there is a contractual relationship between the AG and Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland GmbH as an "indirect dealer". This contract provides services in the form of hardware, software and service from the manufacturer.
In the context of the contract of an "indirect dealer", it is necessary to name a value-added distribution partner through which the services of the manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent are processed / obtained.
This distribution service is the subject of this tender.
We intend to conclude a 2-year agreement with the option of a one-time extension of 2 years, maximum 4 years.
The services to be offered (hardware, software, service) are defined on the basis of the Alcatel-Lucent program for indirect traders in the field of telecommunications systems and applications.
Only brand new goods with the latest software version may be offered. It is always the latest available product or device generation to offer.
All products offered must comply with the applicable legal regulations (VDE, TÜV, FTZ, EMV, GTA, ISO) in the current version as well as the relevant currently applicable international and national standards. All components to be used must have the CE conformity marking in accordance with the law on the electromagnetic compatibility of devices (EMVG).
If products are offered that have already been discontinued at the time of the offer or have the status "End of Sale (EOS)" or "End of Life (EOL)", the client must be informed immediately.
As a basis, the tender contains the Alcatel-Lucent product categories, in which the applicable discount is to be stated in percent on the valid world price list (WPL).
The evaluation criteria are 100% of the price.
