Tender, with open procedure, for the awarding of the insurance coverage service for the companies of the GSE group (GSE, GME, AU, RSE), subdivided into n. 2 separate and separate lots:

- lot 1, insurance coverage for civil liability of managers, directors and auditors of the GSE group - D&O Policy - annual duration starting from midnight on 31.12.2019 and the right to renew for another year,

- lot 2, insurance cover per case of death due to illness (workers, employees and middle managers) - annual duration starting from midnight on 31.12.2019 and the right to renew for another year.
