The purpose of the contract is the construction of the new Suldal hospital with a gross area of approx 6600 m2.

The contract also includes the demolition of the current nursing home.

The assignment shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The new Suldal nursing home shall be future-oriented with a strong focus on architectural and building qualities for residents and employees, in the form of functions, indoor environment. The nursing home shall have a roof terrace, and an internal and external atrium.

The building shall utilise a lot of the new welfare technology and this is highly prioritised.

A heat pump from energy wells and solar cells on the roof shall be used.

The current nursing home and the new Suldal nursing home are and will be part of the existing Health Centre.

Several health professional functions, etc. shall be in operation in the surrounding area during in the demolition and construction period.

We want a close dialogue and interaction between the builder and the general contractor during the project period.
