The contract consists of a basic offer and two required options.

The tenderer must submit a bid for the basic offer and both options.

Basic offer: Collection of residual household waste and its fermentable fraction every two weeks in the municipalities of Lasne, La Hulpe and Court-Saint-Etienne and weekly collection of green waste in the municipality of La Hulpe.

Option 1: Additional collection in bags of the fermentable fraction of household waste in the municipalities of Lasne, La Hulpe and Court-Saint-Etienne in addition to the basic market to arrive at a weekly collection.

Option 2: Additional collection in bags of residual household waste in the municipalities of Lasne, La Hulpe and Court-Saint-Etienne to arrive at a weekly collection.

For the good information of the tenderer, if the contracting authority were to activate one or two options, it (they) will be activated upon notification and for the entire duration of the contract.

Option 2 can only be activated if option 1 is also enabled.

Option 2 could have a negative value.
