The soil is considered "polluted": category 2 on the basis of the application standards in urban industrial areas, category 3,

Category 4 and category 0 included in the soil condition inventory

This call for projects aims at the construction or renovation of building(s) including so-called "#conventionnés#" housing and

possibly other allocations at free prices (housing, shops, etc.). The projects presented, reconciling a quality

exemplary architecture, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, will have to be part of a

proactive approach to sustainable development and establish themselves in neighbourhoods to which they can contribute

complementary functions likely to improve the quality of life and urban balance or constitute in themselves

city neighborhoods. One of the objectives of this call for projects is to create a

Leverage effect in the renovation of neighbourhoods with insufficient housing investment in order to participate in policy

social housing.
