The procedure is aimed at the conclusion of framework agreements, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of ordinary and extraordinary mechanical maintenance services and mechanical investment activities at Herambiente S.p.A.'s waste-to-energy plants and waste treatment plants.
The contract is divided into 2 lots.
CIG 967046502D – ordinary and extraordinary mechanical maintenance service at Herambiente S.p.A.'s waste-to-energy plants and waste treatment plants – Ferrara AreaFramework agreement with several economic operators, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, without reopening the competitive comparison, for the assignment of ordinary and extraordinary mechanical maintenance and mechanical investment activities at the waste-to-energy plants and waste treatment plants of Herambiente S.p.A. – Ferrara Area
The above activities will be carried out at the following plants:
- Waste-to-energy plant in Via C. Diana
- Selection and recovery plant in Via C. Diana, Via Finati;
- HASI Storage Center via C. Diana;
- Landfills: Cà Leona and Casaglia;
- Ostellato composting plant.
In particular, the contract shall include, by way of example and not exhaustively, the following activities:
- Maintenance in the field of Static Equipment
- Cleaning, installation, modification, field assembly of static components
- Technical-engineering / management support aimed at minor improvements and modifications
- Activities in the workshop
- Field maintenance of rotating machines
- Routine maintenance activities
- Extraordinary maintenance activities
- On-call and emergency service

The above activities will be carried out at the following plants:
- Waste-to-energy and waste treatment plants in Area 2, via Cavazza, 45;
- Waste selection and recovery and treatment plants in Area 3, via Caruso, 150;
- Landfills: Montefiorino, Sassuolo, Zocca, Pavullo, Pieve Pelago
In particular, the contract shall include, by way of example and not exhaustively, the following activities:
- Maintenance in the field of Static Equipment
- Cleaning, installation, modification, field assembly of static components
- Technical-engineering / management support aimed at minor improvements and modifications
- Activities in the workshop
- Field maintenance of rotating machines
- Routine maintenance activities
- Extraordinary maintenance activities
- On-call and emergency service
