1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the Ujazd Commune of the Tomaszów District of the Łódź Voivodeship, coming from real estate on which residents live, in accordance with the provisions of: the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Management Plan of the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022.

2. The subject of the contract includes the transport of collected waste in accordance with the Waste Act.

3. The subject of the contract also includes equipping the operated properties at the contractor's expense with a container(s) for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and with a container/containers or plastic bag(s) for waste collected in a selective manner, while maintaining the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ujazd Commune and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the detailed method of selective separate collection of selected fractions Waste
