The market is a complete market with both obligations of results and implementation of means.

The contract includes the following services:

- Supply and installation of energy meters and individual metering means

- Remote reading of all metering systems

- Maintenance of all metering systems

The holder must also provide access to an internet portal allowing easy access to global consumption data, analysis of consumption variations in buildings and housing.

The system will have to provide for the sending of alerts in case of abnormal consumption.
