Framework agreement for electrician services and associated materials.

Estimated value including options: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT.

TK (contracting authority) uses eBevis in this contest. eBevis enables TK to electronically obtain information that documents fulfilment of the qualification requirements connected to a company registration certificate and financial capacity, and that there are no grounds for rejection due to taxes and duties. TK can get access to company information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre and arrears from the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Before TK can obtain information through eBevis, you must give consent. This is done in Altinn.

Tysvær Municipality reserves the right, but no obligation, to announce separate contests for individual assignments with a value over NOK 300,000 excluding VAT.

 The following assignments may be included in the framework agreement for electrician services with materials:

- Service and maintenance of electrical systems in municipal buildings, outside areas, and water and sewage installations.

- Terminating and joining fiber, inside and outside.

- Troubleshooting and repairs to electrical installations.

- Expansion/upgrades to the existing installations.

- Establishment of new electrical installations.

- Assembly, connection, and commissioning of equipment and material.

- Carrying out internal control/checks of electrical installations in accordance with the current regulations/norms. 1)

- Thermography of distribution boards in accordance with the current regulations/norms. 2)

- Installation, troubleshooting, and service of data dispersion networks.

- Practical training of instructed personnel in EL boards. Option.

- Installation and troubleshooting in fire alarm installations.

- Installation and troubleshooting in access control systems.

- Troubleshooting, possibly expansion of automation isntallations/control plants. Option: Tenderers are not required to have certification within these points, but it is wanted, and if tenderers have this it will count in the assessment of quality if there are too many tenderers.

The execution of the work must be in accordance with the current laws and rules, including a functioning QA system. (Documented by a self-declaration.)

The contract period will be 2 years, with a unilateral right for Tysvær Municipality to extend for a further 1+1 year.

The assignment, including options, has an estimated value of NOK 8,000,000. The estimate is not binding and is based on historical figures.

Tysvær Municipality reserves the right, but no obligation, to announce separate contests for individual assignments over NOK 400,000 excluding VAT. Electrician assignments included in turnkey contracts are exempt form this contract.
