Description:

The operation, supervision, routine maintenance of the technical installations located in the buildings of the Administrative Heritage of the Regional Public Service of Brussels as well as certain necessary investments concerning these installations

All the expected services, in an exhaustive manner, are indicated in a precise and detailed way within the technical clauses, namely, in particular:

- Technical assistance;

- The driving, monitoring and control of installations;

- Periodic maintenance of the installation (systematic, conditional and curative);

- Follow-up of complaints and troubleshooting of facilities 365 days / 365 and 24 hours a day;

- Specific work (additional services) of repair, replacement, modification or compliance.
