2M-IT Oy is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for specific social and health care applications that will be utilized in 2M-IT Oy's client organizations to support patient care and ERP to support the operation of core patient information systems. Special applications may also be standalone and self-contained if they are medical devices, medical device enhancements, or otherwise serve as diagnostic or nursing support or ERP systems that are not part of the core patient information system or the client information system.

Organizations providing ICT services in the social and healthcare field can apply for participation in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its lifetime. All candidates who have submitted an application and who meet the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. Eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD Form attached to the Request for Participation and in the Other Conditions section of the Request for Participation.
