Through the establishment of the present framework agreement, the Contracting Authority wants to purchase Cable and pipeline tracking both as-built surveys and post construction/ monitoring surveys. Cable/pipeline tracking survey shall include: • Seabed survey • Cable/pipeline tracking • Data processing, interpretation and reporting of all data • Option for onshore Cable/pipeline tracking (not mandatory and will not be evaluated) The ordering Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 4 suppliers with a view to mini-tender during the validity period of the framework agreement.
