conducting a dredging study and sediment analysis as part of the implementation of a new transport offer on the territory of the CACL through the development of river-sea shuttles on the Montsinéry and Cayenne rivers. 5 stopping points are defined: Montsinéry, Soula, Pointe Liberté, Port du Larivot and Canal Laussat
These specifications specifically concern the station planned at the mouth of the Laussat canal. The developments envisaged at this level are specified below (river-sea and land developments). The installation validated by the client provides for the construction of a pier pontoon (20 m x 3 m), connected to a pontoon (6 x 3 m) accessible from the bank by means of a fixed boom on piles (10 m x 6 m) and a mobile footbridge (28 m x 2.5 m). The creation of these developments will require the dredging and maintenance of the access channel to the Laussat Canal and the clearing of approximately 5,500 square metres of mangrove. At this stage of the project, dredging volumes are estimated at about 40,000 m3.
