The tender concerns the electrical safety inspections of the building-related installations in accordance with NEN3140 and the building-related installations of the medically classified spaces in accordance with NEN1010-710, NEN3134 and NEN3140. This concerns approx. 10,500 rooms, of which approx. 500 with a medical classification. The total size is approx. 300,000 m² GFA.

Medical spaces must be inspected once every two years. Other spaces once every five years.
