"RCT" & "Cyber" risk insurance coverage

Policy provided for the risks of civil liability in and from the performance of and for all activities and competences institutionally envisaged and attributed to FER, however carried out and by any means deemed useful and / or necessary.

All coverage referred to in Section 3 of the policy schedule is underwritten specifically at first risk and is provided exclusively for claims first made against an Insured during the policy period and other insured events that first occurred during the policy period and reported to the Insurer in accordance with the provisions of this policy.
