The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of laboratory reagents along with the lease of analysers for molecular diagnostics using the PCR method for the needs of the Virology Laboratory in an open tender procedure.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the agreement is the purchase and delivery of laboratory reagents along with the lease of analyzers for molecular diagnostics using the PCR method for the needs of the Virology Laboratory – in Package No. 1 – Reagents together with the lease of an analyzer enabling to carry out at least 4 different determinations at the same time on board the same analyzer in Real Time PCR technology. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1.1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer, in accordance with point 9 of the Terms of Reference. The said means of evidence shall be submitted by the Contractors together with the offer. The Contracting Authority allows for supplementation of documents in the case of the said means of evidence confirming the fulfilment of the parameters required to confirm that the offered supply meets the requirements and features specified by the Contracting Authority.

The subject of the agreement is the purchase and delivery of laboratory reagents along with the lease of analysers for molecular diagnostics using the PCR method for the needs of the Virology Laboratory – in Package No. 2 – Reagents with the lease of an analyser for urgent genetic tests performed using the multiplex PCR method in the field of infections of the respiratory, digestive and nervous systems. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1.2 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer, in accordance with point 9 of the Terms of Reference. The said means of evidence shall be submitted by the Contractors together with the offer. The Contracting Authority allows for supplementation of documents in the case of the said means of evidence confirming the fulfilment of the parameters required to confirm that the offered supply meets the requirements and features specified by the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer, in accordance with point 9 of the Terms of Reference. The said means of evidence shall be submitted by the Contractors together with the offer. The Contracting Authority allows for supplementation of documents in the case of the said means of evidence confirming the fulfilment of the parameters required to confirm that the offered supply meets the requirements and features specified by the Contracting Authority.
