The object of the order is to receive and use (according to the hierarchy of handling waste) indicated in the description of the order of municipal waste from properties located within the Jabłonka Municipality where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures that the appropriate levels are reached preparation for reuse and recycling and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), by the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 Resolution No XV/122/2019 of Jabłonka Municipality Council of 6 December 2019 on the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality.

3. Detailed description of the item of the order
1) The object of the contract is the collection and development (according to the hierarchy of handling waste) indicated in the description of the order of municipal waste from properties located within the Jabłonka Municipality where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the achievement of the appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), by the provisions of Resolution No XV/122/2019 of the Jabłonka Municipality Council of 6 December 2019 on the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Jabłonka and the provisions of Resolution Nr XV/123/2019 of the Jabłonka Municipality Council of 6 December 2019 on the detailed manner and scope the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste in exchange for a fee paid for the management of municipal waste.
2) The scope of the object of the order includes
- the collection and development of all types of municipal waste, from the owners of the property where residents reside in the municipality of Jabłonka, in particular the following waste:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01,
(b) paper (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01),
(c) glass, including colourless and coloured glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),
(d) plastics (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02),
(e) metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40),
(f) multi-cartridge packaging (code 15 01 05, 15 01 06),
(g) biowaste (code 20 02 01, 20 01 08)
h) used batteries and batteries (code 20 01 33*, 20 01 34)
(i) consumed electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 23*),
j) furniture and other large-sized waste (code 20 03 07)
(k) construction and demolition waste (code 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 06 04, 17 09 04),
(l) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),
